Job Overview:

VICARE ENGLISH is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Native English Teacher to join our dynamic language department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of the English language, and the ability to engage and inspire students of varying proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum standards.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom atmosphere to maximize learning potential.
• Extracurricular Activities: Participate in and support school events, clubs, and activities that promote English language learning.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and practices.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native English Speaker: Must be a native speaker of English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree or TESOL/TEFL certification is preferred.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience, especially in an international or multicultural setting, is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Proficiency with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
